Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All Doll Parts orders are sent via standard delivery with tracking. Domestic and international shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. All costs associated with delivery are the responsibility of the buyer, unless stated otherwise.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your garments to be shipped after purchase. All Doll Parts pieces are currently made-to-order in house and may require extra production time depending on complexity. We aim to ship all orders within 4 weeks of the original purchase date.
If you require your package with express shipping, or would like to use an alternative shipping method please email us at dollpartsdollhouse@gmail.com prior to purchasing.
Pre-Orders:
Payment for pre-orders is accepted up front and once received, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. So long as the products have not gone into production, minor changes may be made to the order at the designer's discretion. Pre-orders will be shipped in the estimated time frame listed on the product page.
Modifying an Order:
Order modification or cancellation on full-priced garments is possible so long as a request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and the items have not already been put into production. Custom orders may not be modified or cancelled after designs have been approved by all.

Returns and Refunds:
Unwashed and unworn full-priced items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned goods. All custom orders, samples and sale items are final; no returns or refunds.
Please note, tracked return shipping to our studio is paid for by the buyer; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
